About Us
Iron & Ivy is led by Todd Dunham, whose background bridges elite fitness and custom construction. Before founding the company, Dunham taught performance training nationwide for SoulCycle, Equinox, The Bay Club, and Exos. After years in the fitness industry, Dunham launched Iron & Ivy to design and build private luxury wellness. He is an active firefighter, husband, and proud father.
Iron & Ivy is owned and operated by local firefighters. Our work ethic and professionalism reflect the values we bring from public service into every project we work on.
